I know it is hard not to scream it from the roof tops or plaster it on all the ML sites but I think that would cause more problems for Alex. Other fansites
might start inundating him with fan mail say why didn't he write to them and we want to keep him loving us not wishing he had never writen to us.

OMG everyone
 - I got an envelope today from LA. Well I only know one
person in LA. I got two autographed photos of Alex. After running around doing my happy dance I thought I wish he had of given me
20, so I could give each of you one.  I am happy to professionally copy
it and mail it to you - just PM if you want one - It is nearly A4 size.
I am sure you will all agree that the other one goes to Meg, because if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have such a great fan site to call "our Alex home". After the excitement of receiving the photos, I began to feel really bad about it all because I want you all to get one - Sorry everyone, but if you want a copy I will be happy to sort all that out for you. Here it is anyway - I just scanned it.

Yeah, well I think I would have had to go to hospital if there was a note in the envelope - way too much excitement for me at my age - lol.
Anyway, here is the message I just posted to Alex's MySpace page.... Dear Alex, Thank you so much for sending me the signed pics - my head is still in the clouds over it. The email I got through Nathan last week was terrific and everyone at the site was over the moon about it (as I was). Then I get this large envelope from LA. I think I stopped breathing while I opened it in anticipation of what was in it. The dog thought I was crazy as I then did a "happy dance" around the house. Of the two pics, I have given one to the site founder Meg (emjay) and will be getting more copies done today for all the other "regulars" who requested copies of the original - I hope you don't mind, but everyone is so excited, that they want their own "copies" as well. The second pic goes to me (obviously!!) Anyway, thanks again. We are all very grateful and are waiting anxiously for more news about your new show. We are even talking about holding our own "get-together" early next year in Sydney - it would be great to have your new show available to download so we can all watch it together. Many of us have become quite good friends. Meg and Kel are heading off to the Moonlight Gala in Chicago later this month. Please take care of yourself and find comfort in knowing that you have some devoted fans here in the land of Oz. Hey you guys, I just turned the photo over and it is printed on photo paper that says "do not copy" "professional images are copyright
protected". Blast it. I will try anyway - gee I hope Alex doesn't get too annoyed that I said I will copy the pic for you guys. I will let you guys
know how I go.

Thanks everyone. I have the copies and they turned out really well except that the bottom 1mm of the "g" of his typed name has been cropped due to the reproduction process. The colours and his signature are all the same as the original. I will try to mail them all out tomorrow. Willie, maybe he gets the hint and sends me another 20 originals |

I'm sure that Alex won't mind the copies but CBS might as they would own the copyright especially as it is a ML promo shot. As long as they don't
go on sale on Ebay as the original - I think we are OK!
